General Consultation Agreement
Governs the 50-minute initial consultation. Covers the $250 fee, cancellation tiers, and no attorney-client relationship disclaimer.
Fee: $250
Trademark Services Agreement
Covers all three phases of trademark representation: Phase One consultation ($150, credited toward Phase Three), Phase Two clearance search & memorandum ($750), and Phase Three USPTO application ($1,500 attorney fee + USPTO fees). Includes filing basis explanation, fee schedule, cancellation policy, and prosecution timeline.
Fee: $150 – $1,500 + USPTO fees
Business Formation Engagement Agreement
Covers all three incorporation packages (Essential, Professional, Enterprise). Professional Package: optional registered agent enrollment ($50/yr, US entities only, billed annually) and optional virtual office address ($99.99/mo, US entities only). Enterprise Package: both services included in package fee (US entities only). ACH/wire-only payment terms for package fees.

Sentinel Package — Monitoring Services Agreement
Governs the Sentinel Package annual compliance subscription ($349.99/year). Covers annual report filing (included), optional Trademark Watch add-on limitations, non-refundable billing, and auto-renewal terms.
